If you would like to work with the same color palette used in the Chakra Meditation, I recommend the following Blick Studio Acrylic colors. Each corresponds to a specific energy center explored in the meditation.

Recommended Acrylic Paint Colors

  • Deep Violet – Crown Chakra
  • Midnight Blue – Third Eye Chakra
  • Cobalt Blue Hue – Throat Chakra
  • Hooker’s Green – Heart Chakra
  • Cadmium Yellow Medium – Solar Plexus Chakra
  • Cadmium Orange Hue – Sacral Chakra
  • Cadmium Red Deep Hue – Root Chakra

You do not need every color to participate. Students are welcome to work with whatever paints they already have.
